Refunds

If you change your mind, email info@leaserater.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will refund any credits from that purchase that you have not used. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 10 working days of approval.

A credit is used when a paid calculation is generated or a saved preview is unlocked. Credits are available immediately and, once you use a credit, you lose any right to cancel for that report. Completed reports are not refundable, except as set out below.

If you paid but did not receive your credits or report, or a verified technical fault affected your report, contact us and we will restore the credit, regenerate the report or refund you.

A difference of professional opinion about an output, or an auditor deciding not to accept it, is not by itself a fault where the Service applied its methodology correctly to the information supplied.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate.

Email info@leaserater.co.uk with your account email, the date and amount of the payment, and what went wrong.

Lease Rater Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the total you pay.
